Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags intact.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Important: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

We request you to carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Note: Returns are not accepted for sale items.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
  • If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@nova.com.pk.

Additional Return Conditions

  • Return claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The package must not be cut with scissors; any tampered packaging may lead to a return rejection.
  • We do not offer monetary refunds. Instead, we will dispatch a replacement order for you
